Jeff Patterson – Chief Executive Officer
Jeff has been working in the HVAC industry for 10 years and founded Stream HVAC in 2021. His passion for delivering the best customer experience drives the company’s commitment to excellence. Jeff loves connecting with customers and ensuring their comfort. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking through nature and is an accomplished archer, able to hit a bullseye with precision.
Elijah Newborn – Lead Technician
Elijah brings 6 years of HVAC experience to the Stream team. He is always eager to expand his knowledge and skills in the field, making him a valuable asset to our company. Elijah appreciates how Stream encourages him to be the best version of himself—physically, mentally, and spiritually. In his free time, he enjoys spending evenings by the fire, gazing at the night sky with his family.
Myles Mohan – Lead Technician
With 15 years of HVAC experience, Myles is a seasoned expert in the trade. He values the freedom Stream HVAC provides, allowing him to explore all aspects of HVAC work and continuously improve his craft. Myles is not only skilled in his profession but also has a fun talent—he can walk on his hands!
Xavier Allen – Office and Technology Manager
Xavier is a crucial piece of the Stream team, managing the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our company running smoothly. They love the opportunity to grow their skills and contribute to the team’s success. When not working with Stream, Xavier is pursuing a Computer Information Systems degree in NYC, balancing their education with their dedication to the company.
